An Evening with Us - Secret Backyard Shows
Musician Justin Trawick ( launched his Facebook Live streaming show on March 12th, 2020 just as the world was shutting down due to the coronavirus.  As the popularity of Justin's shows increased online, a backyard socially distanced performance was the next step.

BEHOLD - “The Secret Backyard Show”!  First performed on June 27th, 2020, Justin and his friends began performing a series of secret intimate backyard shows designed specifically for social distancing and lots of laughter.  With the success of the first show, we’re now bringing you monthly backyard performances in the DC area and beyond!  Most show are between 25 and 50 people unless otherwise noted.

WHAT TO EXPECT - Basically, our “Secret Backyard Shows” are intimate, private concerts held in personal backyards.  Imagine in your head a mini Wolf Trap or Merriweather Post Pavilion.  Most shows average around 25 to 50 people creating an exclusive and memorable experience that you can’t get elsewhere. What really sets our “Secret Backyard Shows” apart from other shows is our live performance. Of course we do a healthy mix of reimagined covers of pop songs and original music but more importantly we talk to the audience between songs and tell stories and jokes. It’s almost like you’re hanging out in our living room, pulling back the curtain for a much more unique performance than you might normally get at a regular music venue.

About May 21st:
All the crabs are cooked on site, with delicious steak fries, burgers & dogs, corn on the cobb, and peel off the bone Pernil pork to fill the belly. Feel free to bring something to grill if you need a vegetarian or kid option.

We'll kick off the entertainment with a TBD opening act/comedian, then have Justin Trawick & The Common Good play a set or two. There'll be a keg, two or three micro brew kegs to wash down the Crabs & Old Bay. It's $65 for All You Can Eat Crabs, Beer & Fixin's and proceeds will benefit World Central Kitchen (which is currently involved in humanitarian efforts in Ukraine).

Please bring a mask! Masks will be required to enter the house to use the restroom.
