We only accept local businesses that have created or grown their own products. How is your product considered local? *
We do not have access to public restrooms or power typically, do you understand? Please be sure to map out your closest public restroom. Ex; Grocery Store, Gas Station, friends near-by house etc. *
We start set up at 4pm. If you are later than 4;30 or not completely set up at 5pm, you could forfeit future markets. Do you understand? *
We add each accepted vendor to our FB messenger chat. This group chat allows you to receive flyers, directions, & basic market information leading up to the event date. We can NOT add FB business handles. we can only add your personal FB handle to the group. What is your PERSONAL FB handle? *
After your 3rd market you are required to use a white tent. Do you understand? *

We are currently at capacity for vendors during 2021 markets. However you can still submit your application and when a vendor cancels or can no longer attend markets, you could then fill their place. We also have a few categories we would like to still fill for a rotation. Please be sure your above information is detailed with info, so we can add you to upcoming markets when we have space. Vendors must agree to hold The Neighborhood Markets and Neighborhoods harmless in all instances of personal incident or property damage that may occur. In consideration for receiving permission to participate in The Neighborhood Markets event, the vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the The Neighborhood Markets or Neighborhood or its agents, volunteers, or officers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the vendor, or any of the property belonging to the vendor, whether caused by the negligence of the vendor, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted. The vendor voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, or any loss or damage to property as a result of being engaged in such activity, whether caused by the negligence of vendor or otherwise.I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Neighborhood Markets and/or the neighborhood its agents, volunteers and officers from any loss, liability,damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation whether caused by negligence of vendor or otherwise and I understand that The Neighborhood Markets or neighborhood does not provide any insurance coverage for vendor participants for any circumstances arising from their participation in this event. *Do you agree to the terms? *
