1) Child's birth certificate (Mother's Copy is acceptable)
2) Child's social security card
3) 2 residency proofs in the parent/guardian's name (utility bills, rental/lease agreement, GA tax return, mortgage statements are acceptable)
4) Child's immunization / health forms 3231/3300 - within 30 days of school starting, but we do accept at registration if you have them
5) Parent/guardian identification (drivers license is acceptable)
Please locate these items now for a better registration experience in the event that your child is able to register.

Registration is electronic, and will take place during the month of May 2025. Families who do not complete registration on time may lose their child's pre-k spot. We are here to help, so please reach out if you have questions.
