Applicant will be required to submit a Project Summary upon completion of the project on or by May 1. Failure to do so will impact future grant eligibility. Applicant will spend funds in accordance with the submitted budget and provide an account of all funds used. Applicant will acknowledge BEEF as the donor in any publication of the project and provide the committee copies/links to those publications. Applicant will document the project with student photos and other data, including students' assessment of the project.
