City Officials who join the CoP can showcase how they are transforming the lives of residents. This visibility helps them connect with peers across Africa and attract technical and funding partners. City participants include political leaders, senior officials, and technical staff from municipalities, cities, counties, states, districts, and metros. 

City Partners who join the CoP gain direct access to cities and the opportunity to co-create innovative city support solutions. Partners can also shape the CoP dialogue by becoming CoP Community Leads. Partners include technical assistance providers, development or funding partners, grassroots innovators, researchers, policy shapers, and community mobilizers.
