LUNA Organization Philippines is an animal welfare-oriented nonprofit youth organization. Every day, each and every one of us dedicates our time to finding loving homes for sheltered, stray, and rescued dogs and cats around the country and raising awareness of animal welfare issues. Currently, this branch is the only one in existence, but we plan to launch a second branch by 2022. For now, you may apply for membership here—we welcome applications from animal lovers aged 15 to 30 from everywhere in the world.

Don’t worry if you’re not from the Philippines—we utilize an online Slack workspace rather than a physical one. Further, 15% to 20% of our membership is international, so rather than implement a set schedule of working hours, we provide each non-managerial member with 10 to 30 hours’ worth of assignments every month depending on position and availability to be completed at his/her convenience. We’re also incredibly flexible with assignments—if you have a valid reason as to why you’re unable to complete tasks, we’ll understand.
