SURVEY for FREE Meal Program*
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT!
USDA announced that they would be extending the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), which means free meals for kids 18 and under (older when enrolled in school). Since Muscatine Community School District sponsored the SFSP this past spring and summer, we can start giving children across our community free meals right away.
Meals are free at school when in session, including Saints Mary and Mathias. We will provide a pick-up site at Central. Parents, guardians or a designee (such as an older sibling) can pick up meals for multiple days for those not attending school in person, those too young to attend school, and for those who would like weekend meals.
WE NEED YOUR HELP! PLEASE, fill out this survey even if you do not want your children to participate in this meal program. One survey is needed for each of your children.
