Organizations can request an appearance of Crosscutters players during baseball season (June-August).  Appearance requests can be for the purpose of private visits, public appearances or volunteer opportunities.  Requests must be submitted following the guidelines below.

- Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance
- Non-profit organizations may request a FREE appearance of up to (1) HOUR
- For-profit organizations and individuals may request an appearance at the rate of $100/hour
- Requests should be made at least (1) MONTH before the event, when possible
- Appearances must be within 30 miles of Journey Bank Ballpark
- Due to season schedules, requests can only be submitted for events that take place between June and August
- All requests will be evaluated, and if approved you will be notified by a Cutters staff member


If an event is outdoors and there is inclement weather,  all appearances will be cancelled.
