This form serves as your vendor application for the 2025 Black Expo on Saturday, February 8, 2025, from 12 noon–5pm. Your application will be considered completed upon submission of this form and receipt of your payment.

Celebrate Black Culture and our African American community through a day of vendors, entertainment and fun! All are welcome to attend this event–admission is free. The Black Expo brings together local organizations, information and entertainment alongside vendors who provide fee-based services, food and products.

The Black Legacy Project invites Indiana university East, Ivy Tech, NAACP and Townsend Center to collaborate and bring this vision to life.

Subject to terms and conditions set forth above, we the undersigned wish to purchase space at the Black Expo on February 8, 2025. The lessor and sponsors shall not be held responsible for any injury or loss incurred by the lessee, their goods, or property while on said premises are being occupied under this agreement. The Black Expo Committee and/or committee chair(s) reserve the right to decline any application per their discretion if they deem necessary. Booth Space is non-refundable.

Payment of $30 per booth space must be made to complete your application. Funds are due January 24, 2025.
