STEP 1: Report a Substitute Issue
The STA has identified several problems with the District's ability to sufficiently recruit, train, retain, and provide dignified working conditions for substitute teachers. As part of our plan of action for responding to these problems, we are asking staff to report disruptions to the learning and teaching in their schools as a result of substitute-related issues. This form will collect your email (please use your personal address), and alert a union representative in your building so that they may report the volume of disruptions to building and district administration.
The learning and teaching in my classroom today was disrupted due to a substitute-related issue.

I've previously checked #2 above and want to complete the substitute info report now.
