Rules
to be read and signed (first name, surname, date, place, read and approved) :
1. Our
courses are payable on enrolment for 8 sessions.
2. If you
are unable to attend a class, please give 48 hours' notice. Absence does not
entitle you to a refund.
3.
Automatic enrolment for a new session of 8 sessions.
4. If you
do not wish to re-register, send an e-mail to Franskkurs Les Mousquetaires
(lesmousquetairesolso@gmail.com)
5.
Cancellation or postponement of enrolment and refund :
5.1. The
cancellation period is 14 days. You have 14 full calendar days from the date of
acceptance of this contract to change your mind and withdraw from the contract,
in which case the registration fee will be refunded.
5.2. Any
withdrawal after the start of the course does not in any way exempt the student
from paying the total cost of the course.
5.3. Once
the course has started, the enrolment fee cannot be refunded.
5.4. In the
event of absence, the student may not request the replacement or reimbursement
of lessons not taken.
5.5.
Withdrawal from a course does not entitle the learner to a full or partial
refund. However, in the event of serious illness leading to absence from a
course, the learner may request, on presentation of proof, a refund or a credit
note equivalent to the pro rata of the courses not attended. The written
request, accompanied by any document justifying payment of the enrolment fee
and the learner's state of health, must be sent to Franskkurs Les Mousquetaires
by email (lesmousquetairesoslo@gmail.com) no later than 30 days following the
end of the scheduled course.
5.6.
Franskkurs Les Mousquetaires reserves the right not to open a course:
If the
number of learners is insufficient. In this case, the amount of the cancelled
course will be reimbursed by bank transfer or used to purchase another course.
If it considers that the course cannot take place in optimal conditions of
learning, safety or comfort. The student will be informed by email and a
solution will be proposed. In the event of force majeure (health crises,
illness, natural disasters, fires, floods, administrative instructions beyond
the control of Franskkurs Les Mousquetaires). The learner will be informed by
email and a solution will be proposed.
5.7.
Reimbursement will only be made by bank transfer. The request for
reimbursement, accompanied by a bank statement provided by the bank in the
learner's name, must be made by email (lesmousquetairesoslo@gmail.com). It may
take several weeks for the refund to be credited to the learner's bank account.
5.8. A
learner who has a credit for the purchase of a future course must use this
credit within 12 months.
