Exploring the Cognitive Neuroscience of Religious Cognition at Northwestern
Please RSVP at your earliest convenience if you are interested in being part of a group effort exploring, discussing, and/or researching the brain correlates of religious experience and practice at Northwestern. This effort is still being formed so your participation can help shape what it looks like. We hope that a variety of viewpoints and backgrounds, including religious and non-religious ones, will be represented in this endeavor. Once you RSVP we will send you a link to share your availability with us.

Please note: Our first meeting, and possibly subsequent meetings, will be virtual to more easily accommodate differing faculty schedules and locations.

Project Lead: Jordan Grafman, Ph.D., is the Director of Brain Injury Research at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and a Professor at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in the departments of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neurology, Psychiatry, and the Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease Center, as well as the Department of Psychology in the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences.
