  1. Physical Address Change       --> MORE -->  ADDRESS INFORMATION
  2. Email address change             --> MORE -->  STUDENT DEMOGRAPHICS    
  3. Phone numbers change          --> MORE -->  STUDENT DEMOGRAPHICS
  4. Emergency contacts change     --> MORE -->  STUDENT DEMOGRAPHICS > (ADD new contacts, and REMOVE/ENDDATE old contacts)
  5. Parent title or name change         --> still use this form
  6. Student preferred name change  --> still use this form
