Welcome to the CSF online Course List submission form! By completing this form and uploading
your Course List document, you will have fulfilled the first requirement to keep your CSF chapter
in “good standing.”

REMINDER: A CSF Chapter will remain in "good standing" when three requirements are met:
1. Submission of CSF Course Lists (due October 1 of each school year) to be used by students for semester membership.
2. Approval of Course Lists by CSF Registrar (by February 1 of the school year).
3. Payment of State Dues (due November 1 of each school year)

In order for seniors to be eligible for CSF monetary awards and receive the Sealbearer recognition at graduation, a CSF chapter must be in good standing (and therefore not be at risk of having its charter revoked).

Before beginning this form, you should have your Course List document, Word or Excel only (no PDF), updated and on your laptop (or other device) to upload.
