Optional tours will be offered at 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12 p.m., and 12:30 p.m.

Note that the ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled to occur before the Tartan Homecoming football game which kicks off at 2 p.m. Other homecoming activities include food trucks and a carnival from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
