Describe in detail the type of booth you will have and what type of crafts you will be selling. (You may include pictures if available) All applications are subject to the Liberty Chamber’s approval and we reserve the right to expel vendors who bring items that are not approved beforehand. Any unwholesome items are not allowed, SILLY STRING and like items are banned from the festival. If you are a licensed vendor, example (Studio 31, Mary Kay, etc.), please let us know so we do not schedule more than one. Please list your items in detail. *

Fees
The fees for registration are as follows:
$25.00 per space for Civic / Church / Nonprofits
$50.00 per space for Early Bird Registrations before April 30th
$65.00 per space for all others who register between May 1 - June 30
$75.00 per space for all late registrations received between July 1 - July 10
$50.00 in addition to for Electricity

$65.00 per Space for all FOOD VENDORS (no early bird registration fee)

Current 2020 Chamber Members who have paid membership dues prior to registration receive a $10 discount for registration fee (excludes fee for electricity)

Select the number of 10-foot by 10-foot spaces needed. All spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, consideration given to those who attended the festival last year so long as applications are received during the March - June dates. Please return your fee and application as soon as possible. Confirmation letters will be mailed after June 30th.
If you are a food vendor, please list the menu you plan to use on the day of the event. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to ask you to remove items from your menu at the Liberty Chamber's discretion. All food vendors must apply for their health permit at least 15 days prior to the event. *

The Undersigned Agrees That: The Liberty Chamber of Commerce, The Town of Liberty, its members and/or volunteers will not be considered responsible or liable for damages, theft, loss or destruction of property or the personal injury of exhibitors or exhibitor articles. All Festival and City rules will be observed. No Vehicles will be allowed on the streets between the hours of 4:00pm and 10:00pm.
