By attending this event, I hereby grant permission for the Hagler Institute for Advanced Study at Texas A&M University, or its authorized representatives, to capture photographs or video recordings of my likeness during the course of the event.
I understand that these images and recordings may be used by the Hagler Institute and The Texas A&M University System for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to educational materials, instructional content, research publications, publicity efforts, advertising, and promotional activities related to this event. Such use may occur in print, digital, or online formats, and may be distributed through internal and external communications channels.
I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images and that all rights to the photographs and recordings belong to the Hagler Institute and The Texas A&M University System.
