Welcome to the first step on your journey. Every great story begins with simple questions and this one is no different. This form will take approximately 10-15 minutes to fill out and will help us see the full picture of you a little more clearly.

Please be thorough and thoughtful in your response, and know that there's no wrong answer. This is simply a questionnaire of intent, experience, and expectations.

A few points on the map to guide your way ;)

This experience is taking place at Five Changes Manzanita Village. It is an incredible location nestled in the foothills of Los Coyotes Reservation in Southern California. Approximately a 2 hour drive from San Diego, and 2.5 hour drive from LA.  This area offers spaciousness, undisturbed peace, and crystal clear starry nights. Our accommodations are clean, simple, and cozy.

We will have a private chef cooking delightfully delicious plant based meals during your time here. Having a clean diet focused on elevating energy levels will play a crucial role in your experience.

Friday evening we will have our opening circle, and from there on out you're expected to stay until completion. There will be a wide range of experiences that will challenge you, thrill you, and uplift you throughout the weekend. We will be pulling from a wide range of tools that could include but not limited to yoga, dance, meditation ( guided and moving ), martial arts, breaking things, shadow work, laughing, screaming, sauna sweats, and experiencing boundless joy.

Expect the unexpected, experience brotherhood, and intend to change your life then watch the magic happen.

All participants MUST submit an application and be approved for this experience. We have very limited space available we want to make sure that those who are choosing to embark on this journey have the diligence, commitment, and fortitude to follow through till completion. If you're feeling the call and are ALL IN then you can submit your deposit and once you're approved then your spot is reserved. Should, for any  reason, we choose to not approve your application your deposit will be returned with 14 business days.
