How much coffee should I order?
Great question! We've done some math for you, but let's show our work: 

1 gallon of coffee makes 16- 8oz cups.
In our experience, 60% of guests will drink coffee.  
So order 1 gallon of coffee for every 25 guests.
What do I get with 1 gallon of coffee?
Another good question!

We typically brew The Ranger for events. This is our house blend coffee that was designed to please a variety of palates. You can choose your own coffee if you like, details on that later. Decaf is also available at no additional charge.
 
Every 1 gallon of coffee comes with:
- 16 cups and lids
- 16oz of half and half
- sugar and stevia packets
- stir sticks. 

We recommend purchasing a 1 qt. insulated dispenser like this one to serve cream, and having access to a refrigerator or cooler to store extra cream. 
Coffee Container/Dispenser Options:
- Cambro (left) holds up to 5 gallons and keeps coffee hot for 8+ hours. Needs to be returned to us during Cafe hours. 
- Travler (Right) holds 1 gallon and keeps coffee hot up to 3 hours. Can be thrown away when finished.
