🧀Two Ways to Graze, Endless Ways to Impress

Select from our Flat Lay Graze for effortless elegance or our Multi-Dimensional Graze for a show-stopping statement.

🌿Flat Lay Graze — $20.00 per person

Our beautiful flat lay arrangements are built directly on a flat surface using food-safe kraft paper for a modern, effortless aesthetic.

Each display includes:

• Gourmet cheese selections 
• Premium cured meats 
• Dried fruits, nuts, and olives
• Fresh bread, jam, and seasonal accompaniments
• Optional custom menu upgrades to reflect your event theme or seasonal style

Perfect for elegant, minimalistic setups that make the food the star.

🌿 Multi-Dimensional Graze — $25.00 per person

Take your event to the next level with our multi-dimensional grazing tables — designed to wow your guests and create a true visual feast.

This elevated setup includes:

• Use of our wooden props, platters, and display accessories
• Seasonal greenery or eucalyptus to complement your aesthetic 🌿
• Gourmet cheeses, premium cured meats, dried fruits, nuts, olives
• Fresh fruit, artisan breads, jams, and other custom accompaniments
• Full customization available to match your event theme or color palette

These tables are designed to impress and are perfect for weddings, galas, showers, and other high-impact celebrations.

For grazing tables, there is a 50 guest minimum. If your guest count is under 50, please consider one of our charcuterie boards or Graze-to-Go options.

🧀✨Grazing Table Q&A 🧀✨

Q: Do you set up the grazing tables before the event?

A: Yes! Grazing tables are set up on-site at your event location. Please allow 2–4 hours prior to your event for proper setup.

Note: Tables must be supplied by the client — Boujee Boards by Roz does not provide tables.

Q: Do you supply tableware?

A: We do not provide individual tableware for guests by default. However, we do supply:

•Wooden bamboo tongs, spoons, and knives for serving (disposable)

•Small bowls for items like honey (disposable)

We do not automatically provide:

• Cups
• Plates
• Silverware
• Napkins      

If you’d like us to purchase utensils, plates, napkins, or additional serving items on your behalf, please list this under “Special Requests” on the form. Additional fees may apply.

Q: Do you clean up after events?

A: Boujee Boards by Roz is not responsible for post-event cleanup.

• For multi-dimensional grazing tables with prop pieces, we will coordinate a return after your event to retrieve our display items.
• All food waste disposal is the responsibility of the client.

If you’d like us to handle food waste cleanup, please note this under “Special Requests” on your event inquiry form so we can provide a quote.

Q: How long can the grazing table be left out?

A: All food is kept fresh and transported in coolers at the required temperature per Cabell County Health Department standards.

Since grazing tables do not include cooked items, food can be safely left out for up to 4 hours.

Tip: We recommend setting up your grazing table out of direct sunlight to maintain freshness.

Q: Are vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options available?

A: Yes! We offer custom add-ons and can accommodate dietary requests. Please note your preferences under “Special Requests.”

Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

A: Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to keep things transparent and maintain great relationships with our customers:

• Refunds:
  Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process returns. If you believe your situation falls outside the norm, please email us at boujeeboardsbyroz@gmail.com and we’ll gladly review extenuating circumstances.
• Cancellations for Boxes & Boards:
  Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for boxes and boards to receive a credit toward future purchases.
• Event Deposits:
  The 50% deposit required to reserve an event date is non-refundable.
• Grazing Tables:
  Once a grazing table is booked, no refunds are provided. However, we’re happy to issue a Boujee Credit that can be applied to your future order.
