The client is paying for a service and was let down and inconvenienced. They have a right to be upset.

Things happen and it was an honest mistake, the client shouldn't be upset, they should be understanding.

The client has the right to be upset, but they can't be upset in front of me. They should call the company.

The client has the right to be upset, and can voice it to me if they feel they need to, as long as it doesn't come to verbal abuse or anything physical.

The client needs to be professional and not let the housekeeper see. They should formally make the complaint to the office.
