Kids Ride Free "Metro Card" & DC One Card Request Form (Murch ES)
This form will allow you to request KRF "Metro Card" and DC One card. Keep in mind that the DC one card has NO METRO access. This means you can not use the DC one card for riding the bus or metro.  In requesting the DC One card the school will have to take a photo of your child for the card.

 The Kids Ride Free Metro Card is used for metro access ONLY. The Kids Ride Free Metro Card is valid for one school year meaning it expires every school year at the end of September.  Once you fill out this form you will receive email notification from Ms. McGraw when the card(s) will be ready for pick-up .

 We cannot provide DC One or KRF cards to students who don't attend Murch ES. This form is for Murch ES students only!
