Brand Rep Requirements:

🔸Must be Socially active w/ posting, sharing, tagging, etc anything about Glitznglam7 when possible - on/off our group page, big aroma beads pages, your pages, tiktok, insta, etc (anywhere you can – share share share! )

🔸Minimum of 1-2 posts a week inside our Facebook group (interactive posts, games, freshie examples, etc)

🔸Make posts outside our fb group for sales, drops, games, etc as well.

🔸Min. of 1-2 Post every 2 weeks outside the GNG7 FB Group ( Example: in other Aroma Bead Pages, TikTok's, etc - ( Helps us greatly- especially posts about drops in other pages for me)

🔸 Be Present in MIN. 1 Tiktok/FB Lives out of the ENTIRE MONTH - Don't expect the whole hours we are live, but some type of support time would be great.

( TT LIVE every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Between 9-11 PM CST )

🔸One must notify GlitznGlam7 if they begin repping for another business during their rep term as we would appreciate the respect of the knowledge is all. <3 :)

🔸If one reps for more than one company, Glitznglam7, requests efforts equal to of what other companies receive. ( More details below )

🔸Always try to be friendly & professional because the success of my business is what helps me be a stay-at-home mom – so it means the world to my heart!

🔹Brand Rep Discount will start at 20% off all items in shop - excluding destash and cannot be stacked onto sale discounts.

Small intro to myself as the owner of GlitznGlam7 <3

My husband and I run/manage a SweetFrog Frozen Yogurt Shop in our hometown full-time and GNG7 Full-time as well :)

We have two Heavenly Blessings - Andrew (5) & Azalea Rose (2)

I started off 5 years ago just making freshies on the side to help w/ income as I was a 911/police dispatcher, but left after marrying & becoming a SAHM <3 - Then from there God blessed us by what it has blossomed into now, and we can't wait to see where it goes from here <3

I'm also a constant go-getter, and I probably have too many irons in the fire so to speak, but please know I pour my heart in soul into our company, and I'm always doing my best. Sometimes it may take me a hot minute, but I'm always hoping back and forth when I can in-between all the craziness <3 :)

GNG7 GROUP CHATS : VERY IMPORTANT !

GlitznGlam7 does host nor authorize any type of group chat besides, our announcements only group chat where, we post updates in. For example, sales, new drops, etc.

This will be our 2nd Term w/o a non-announcement group chat.

My heart is still very heavily against hosting a non-announcement group chat again regardless of the hard pull on my heartstrings of missing you all dear ladies. But, from previous situations and/or seeing things outside in the freshie world. I just do not want to even entertain a potential bad situation in general, let alone here at GlitznGlam7.

So what does this mean for next term?

Term starting 9.1.24 :

We will only have an announcement only group chat where I will be the only one to post in w/ updates etc.

I will be pausing/deleting the Brand Rep Only Facebook group as I want one place for everyone to be notified for updates inside the announcements group chat as I felt that added confusion to the transition of no GC. So, again, that will be deleted.

But, you are always welcome to talk to me through private message and/or email whichever you prefer anytime!! :)))

My door is always open to chat w/ you :)))

If Glitznglam7 notices one is not following the Brand Rep requirements listed above, I will send them a private message to express my concerns to see if one would like to stay or needs to part... because life happens. I understand totally... If it comes to a second time where one is still not following the requirements through Glitznglam7's opinion, they will be sadly let go of their position.

Please note this has been taken more seriously from this point forward in terms of asking requirements to be met and or equally repping in terms for the best interest of GNG7.

NEW 3 Strike Rule: for Unequal Repping:

Sadly, I have to implement this old rule again for the best interest of GNG7.

One will only receive three chances during their term before they will be let go if they are found not equally repping for GNG7 and/or any other performance issues that God forbid may arise.

I will screenshot where I may see one not equally repping for GNG7, and will send them to you through private messenger.

Screenshots will be sent immediately so you are aware that you have one strike against your account out of the three.

Pray no one reaches 3 strikes, but after several reasons, I have been forced to start this up again.

So, please kindly be fair and support GNG7 the same as you do any other company.

So, we will be testing the waters out again w/ this program, even though, some of y'all know how I fought with this company previously.

Important inside info if chosen:

One main error w/ up promote is when we refund shipping overages, the system will duplicate the same order, showing false sale numbers to the reps until I am able to "deny" that error sale.

We did reach out to them about this, and they stated we shouldn't just refund back overages as this was a system error that couldn't be changed. Obv. we aren't going to stop refunding folks back when needed so it is what it is y'all w/ them.

Sadly please just keep this in mind if it happens to you during the term.

1. GNG7 will email next term reps w/ welcome letter on 8/30/24. This letter will have pertinent info, so please read it.

( Email will be sent to the one submitted w/ this application)

2. GNG7 will create and invite you into our Announcements ONLY group chat on 8/30/24

( only GNG7 posts in here - if y'all need us - send us a private PM or email anytime )

3. Set up your UpPromote account immediately. Notify us if your public discount code is wrong and/or any issues.

( Invite Link will be inside welcome letter )

4. Start hustling right away as soon as 8.30.24 using your public code you said you wanted inside your application. ( Ex. Chels10 )

Again, these are steps for if you are selected for the upcoming term, and to only help prepare those coming in for this fall term. :)
