Prior to your in-person private yoga session, you may receive, complete, and return a questionnaire designed to determine your specific needs and intentions. Private sessions can include offerings such as gaining a better understanding of common poses, learning how to modify and refine alignment to best meet your physical body needs, gaining an understanding and appreciation of your tendencies as seen through the lens of Ayurveda, or energy balancing via a reiki and tuning forks session.
