2022 BUSA AGM Response Form
*To be completed by 12 noon on the 18th April. Please submit questions in advance, to ensure we are efficient and run to timings during the AGM*

Each BUSA member club must ensure one member are present for the 2022 AGM held at 18:00 on the 19th April.

Each BUSA member club can have a maximum of 2 voting members. Please give the names of those individuals, as they will receive voting cards/access to voting on the night.  This AGM is open to all university club members to listen and contribute to discussion.  Individuals running for a position can not vote on behalf of their club.

This AGM will be your chance to give your feedback on any proposals as well as voting in the new National Committee.

We must reach quorum for both of these agenda items to be passed and will be following up with clubs we do not receive a response from on the 18th April to ensure all clubs will be present.
