Section 1: Job's Description

Vice President
The Vice-President of BAP is in charge of BAP competitions, will preside in the Presidents absence, assist and work closely with the president to learn the duties, email guest speakers to confirm weekly meeting and provide them parking codes, email the accounting department for parking codes, help with scheduling of events, help with decision-making, provide the treasurer with firm contact information for pizza order, schedule meeting to decide participation in the competitions, oversee that abstracts are in line with the necessary criteria as stated by nationals, and that we meet the abstract deadlines. As stated previously, the Vice President will be in charge of preparing a complete schedule for the subsequent semester. Upon the completion of the semesterly term of VP the VP will become the President for the following semester. If impeachment of the president occurs the Vice-President will become the President immediately
Secretary
The Secretary of BAP will take on the responsibility of attendance and the intranet. They will help create, modify, and distribute member application forms, record all attendance for the semester (Including meetings, community service and other events), work with the advisor to enter the required information into the Beta Alpha Psi Intranet, request all members to give personal emails upon graduation and give them to the Alumni Chairman, and create an end of the semester survey concerning member evaluation of how the semester was run, to be distributed to all active members.
Controller
The Controller of BAP will also be required to be the Co-Supervisor of the Tutoring Committee, reconcile the cash and checks collected from the Treasurer and deposit it into the bank account, write checks, maintain the records of all financial documents (receipts, supporting documents, etc.), prepare financial statement and submit to the national office, assist the event planner, and co-supervise the tutoring committee (set up appointment and schedule for each volunteer).
BAP Liaison
The Liaison of BAP will be the main point of contact for BAP members, work directly with the President and Vice President, send a weekly email with reminders (Include a schedule of events coming up), answer emails from BAP members, assist the alumni chairmen to plan an Alumni event each semester, and make sure to invite Alumni for each big event (initiations and others). The liaison will also work with the Social Media Chair to create the Beta Alpha Psi Newsletter.
Social Media Chair
The Social Media Chair of BAP will take on the responsibility of taking care of the website (uploading information, picture, etc.), taking pictures at each event, maintaining the Iota Zeta Social Media (The President and Vice President can also have access to LinkedIn and Twitter), manages all ads and updates our board in Stephens Hall, and work with the communicator to create the Beta Alpha Psi Newsletter.
Student Leadership Chair
The Student Leadership Chair for BAP will take on responsibility as the Chairman of the Fundraising and Recruitment Committee. They will communicate effectively with internal and external organizations/ resources, recruit volunteers for events held by BAP, set up tabling events including the involvement fair, and work with other executive board members to schedule presentation in 300 level Accounting Classes and Finance Classes as agreed upon by the president. They must plan fundraiser events to accommodate the predetermined fundraising goal (predetermined by the president, faculty advisor, and event planner). The event planner may be asked to help set up social events in corroboration with other student groups on campus. They must have a budget for all activities that they are responsible for, and have them submitted to the Faculty advisor and to the Board for approval.
Alumni Chair
The Alumni chair will reach out to Beta Alpha Psi alumni in the local area and invite them to an alumni networking event. The chair will have to set up the event, and communicate the budget and ideas that they hope to implement to the executive board
