This Participation Agreement is only VMMS Students
We are excited to begin a new year with your child at Vista Magnet Middle School. At our school, parents, students and staff work together to ensure that your child receives the best education possible. In order to confirm your child’s continued enrollment into our magnet school, please review the following requirements and sign the form at the bottom of the second page to notify us that you are willing to accept these responsibilities to ensure that we have a productive and successful year together.
Parents: Please review this Participation Agreement with your student. Please complete and agree to all portions of the Vista Magnet Participation Agreement to secure your child's spot for the 2025-2026 school year.

Este Acuerdo de Participación es sólo para estudiantes ACTUALES de Vista Magnet que ya están asistiendo. Todos los estudiantes NUEVOS recibirán un Acuerdo de Participación por separado.
Estamos muy contentos de comenzar un nuevo año con su hijo/a en Vista Magnet Middle School. En nuestra escuela, los padres, los estudiantes y el personal trabajan juntos para asegurar que su hijo reciba la mejor educación posible. Con el fin de confirmar la inscripción continua de su hijo en nuestra escuela magnet, por favor revise los siguientes requisitos y firme el formulario en la parte inferior de la segunda página para notificarnos que usted está dispuesto a aceptar estas responsabilidades para asegurar que tengamos un año productivo y exitoso juntos.
Padres: Por favor revise este Acuerdo de Participación con su estudiante. Por favor complete y acepte todas las partes del Acuerdo de Participación de Vista Magnet para asegurar el lugar de su hijo para el año escolar 2025-2026.
