We offer a unique opportunity to experience a complete build from start to finish; where we will teach you as much as possible about building in general, and natural building specifically. The time you spend with us will be immersive, intense and challenging, and we hope also very rewarding.
Hartwyn creates a diverse team for each build so we are looking for people of all backgrounds and abilities. There are no prerequisites for inclusion; you don’t need any building experience. We will be living closely together in tents on or close to site, so at least a little experience with camping will definitely be useful. Disabilities may not exclude you, but we do need to know so that we can make sure that everyone’s experience is as complete as possible.
We need to know a few things about you so that we can piece our teams together. Places are limited so if you are unsuccessful this time we will keep your information on file for subsequent builds. Due to the volume of applicants we can not reply to everyone; we will only contact you if you are moving to the interview stage.
In the interests of encouraging and maintaining diversity, if you wish to ask someone to help fill out this form please do so. If you have an impairment or barrier that prevents you from completing this form conventionally, please feel free to apply via an audio or video format. If you do this, please make sure to follow the questions below.
We receive many more applications than we can fulfil, so if you would like your details to be kept on file for the next build season, please tick the box below.
