Riverfest Marketplace Vendor Application

Application Deadline is August 2nd, 2019.
Application must be filled out completely in order to be considered for approval. This includes the photos of booth set-up and product(s) if applicable.
Any incomplete applications will not be considered.
All booths are 10x10 and include a tent, one table, and two chairs (unless otherwise noted). Lighting will be minimal. Please note that your application does not confirm your space. All vendors will be juried based on originality, popularity, quality, and visual appeal. Please check one applicable vendor category:
ARTS & CRAFTS: These are hand-crafted items, with at least 75% of the product being handmade. (Photos of production required) VENDOR FEE: $200.00
RETAIL VENDOR: This includes home-based or local businesses that have products to sell ON-SITE at the Festival. (Not Corporate Entities) VENDOR FEE: $300.00
CORPORATE VENDOR: This includes businesses that have a product or service that cannot be sold on site. (Informational booths) VENDOR FEE: $1.000.00

Please be as detailed as possible as this determines your acceptance. Non-Profit Vendors: Please provide a description of your activity or game that you will bring to the children's area.

Riverfest has limited access to electricity. Therefore, we must understand your exact electrical requirements to determine if we can provide service to your operation. In order to prevent electrical overloads, you WILL NOT be allowed additional hook-ups other than those requested below. Please note that you must have a minimum 12-gauge extension cord. Personal generators will be allowed.
