Virtual Reality Gaming System Sessions
Use this form to request a session on our PS4 VR or Oculus Go gaming systems at the Library. HTV Vive is available during preplanned VR programs due to the extra space and equipment required for this system.

Players will be given 15 minute segments of time to play on one app of their choice. They may wait for another turn as demand allows. Please indicate which days and times you are interested in gaming on either the PS4/VR console or the our Oculus Go system. Games purchased/downloaded by the Library for patron use are label "E" for everyone and will not include games with shooter style formats.
The Oculus Go system was funded by the Illinois State Library, Div. of the Office of the Sec. of State using Federal IMLS/ LSTA Funding. The PS4VR system was donated by our youth volunteer group from donated books sold during their Book Sale fund raiser.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 MUST BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES BY AN ADULT (18 0R OLDER) IN THE LIBRARY AND SPECIFICALLY IN THE YOUTH ROOM. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A SIGNED WAIVER OF LIABILITY BEFORE THEY CAN ACCESS THE VR EQUIPMENT. CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST HAVE A PARENT'S SIGNATURE BEFORE THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE. LIMITS TO PLAYING TIME MAY BE APPLIED BY LIBRARY STAFF MEMBERS BASED ON THEIR AVAILABILITY.
