Some electives are offered through the HLC. (You'll see this noted next to the course name). These courses are high level courses that require independent work in addition to regularly scheduled online class time with the instructor. HLC instructors are teachers at partner independent schools throughout the country. Choosing an HLC course will require you to submit a brief statement explaining why you would like to enroll in the course.

HLC Mini Courses run on a quarterly basis (other electives run for the full semester). If you are interested in these options, please give us your selections here, and then let us know if this HLC combo will be your first, second or third choice for electives down below in the next section.
