2017-2018 Schlumberger Code.org CS in Science Application Form
The Code.org Computer Science (CS) in Science curriculum is based on Project GUTS and consists of four instructional modules. An introductory module together with life, physical, and earth science modules showcase the connection between computer science modeling and traditional science curriculum. Teachers will learn how to use StarLogo Nova, a block-based programming environment.

This exciting course is very suitable for teachers with little or no experience in computer programming as well as those who have some experience in programming. Each teacher will receive professional development and gifted education hours. This course will be taught by Code.org-trained and endorsed facilitators.

Enrollment is limited. There is no cost to attend, and teachers will receive a $450 stipend upon program completion.
