Advertising: This event will be advertised for 2 weeks prior to the event in the Aitkin Age, Bargain Hunter, and Mille Lacs Messenger newspapers. I have 4 signs (3' high, 5' wide) placed in the area. The event will also be advertised for 3 weeks on the KKIN & KAXE local radio stations and the day before/day of show on WJJY. I will also be printing fliers out to go in local businesses around the Aitkin & McGregor areas. And of course any and all applicable/local Facebook groups I can find.
WHEN: May 24th, 2019 from 3pm - 7pm.
WHERE: Big Sandy Lodge & Resort, 20534 487th St, McGregor, MN 55760
BOOTH SPACES: 8x10 with an 8' or 6' table provided for each space.
SETUP: May 24, 1-3pm, you MUST be set up prior to 3pm when the show starts!
TEAR DOWN: May 24, 7 - 9pm.
COST: $40 for one 8x10 spot......$70 for two 8x10 spots
PAYMENT DUE: Once your application is submitted, I will review it and if your application is accepted, I will send you a PayPal invoice via email within 3 business days of you submitting your application.
