Organizer(s) are using the services of Google Forms by Google for the purposes of event registration. Technical infrastructure of Google may be stored on servers outside the EU territory. A person interested to attend the event is aware that by agreeing to the terms of registration and by submitting personal data that are required for registration purposes (usually first and last name, email address, and organization) gives consent to process the data for the purposes of event registration and in accordance with Google privacy terms and conditions (

Organizer(s) are using the services of a US software company Zoom (
www.Zoom.us) for meeting and webinar purposes. Technical infrastructure of Zoom is stored on servers in the United States. Organizer(s) do not store nor save any webinar attendees' data with the exception of those the attendee himself/herself submitted in order to join the event. In terms of data economy it is possible to enter the webinar room with a changed name (using so-called 'nick'). In order to ensure an uninterrupted course of the event, the attendee is obliged to submit the 'nick' to a Google Form document. There is no link or any other connection between the Google Form document and Zoom. Organizer(s) retain the right to manage the microphone, video and chat tools in the meeting/webinar room. For particular events, organizer(s) are using the 'live streaming' tool. The event is streamed live on social media channels (Facebook) and on
www.euractiv.sk website. Customer gives consent to streaming the event live by joining the event and is aware that his/her attendance or his/her name or nick may be visible to the public users of Facebook.
