Talbot County Fair Vendor Application (NON-FOOD)
The Talbot County Fair will be held on Friday July 15 from 3pm-9pm (set up can begin at 9am) and Saturday July 16 from 10am-8pm at the Talbot Agriculture & Education Center at 10659 Hiners Lane Easton, MD 21601.

Arts, crafts and small business owners are invited to be vendors at the Talbot County Fair: celebrating families, friends and all things summer! This event is a fundraiser for the Talbot Agriculture & Education Center. The cost is $50 for the two days for a 10x10 space.
 
Applications are considered on a "first" come "first served" basis and the fair committee has the final approval of allowable vendors.

I understand that I will be assigned a location as deemed best by “Talbot County Fair Board” Committee (TCFBC) as a committee under Talbot Agriculture and Education Center (TAEC), and I must provide my own tables, chairs, pop-ups, etc. as required.  All tents must be properly secured to the ground. *

I understand that the TCFBC or TAEC is not responsible for the safety of my exhibit or any property in the case of loss of fire, robbery theft, accident or any other destructive cause or for the injury that might occur to me, my employees, assistants, volunteers, guests and/or customers.  I agree to abide by all decisions of the TCFBC made in reference to and in conjunction with the above stated event. *
I understand that I agree to abide with all the COVID-19 guidelines provided to  me before the fair and at the fair for participation in this 2022 Talbot County Fair. *

I understand that I will be assigned a space of 10 feet by 10 feet for my vendor space/location. A second additional 10’x10’space will be $50, I will indicate on this document my vendor space requirements. Space requirements larger than 20’x20’ contact the Fair Board.   *
I understand that I will not be permitted to park any car, truck, trailer, etc. next to my assigned vendor space.  Separate parking for vendor personal vehicles will be provided in the public parking area.  The exception would be if the trailer, truck, etc. are permanently attached as the vendor merchandise allotted space presentation. *
I understand that by signing this hold harmless agreement that I agree to protect and hold harmless the TCFBC & TAEC Members and to save them harmless from any and all claims for damages or law suits which may arise from injury as well as loss or damage to property or person occurring within the space I have occupied. *
I understand I need to provide a certificate of liability insurance naming "Talbot County Fair" as the insured or proof of insurance. *
