I am VOLUNTEERING for the Sonoran Conservancy of Fountain Hills* (“SCFH”) and the Town of Fountain Hills. I have completed the online Town of Fountain Hills Volunteer Application and I used the drop down to indicate that I am volunteering for the SCFH. In that application, I agreed to a Waiver and Release of All Claims and an Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability (“Waiver and Release”). I agree that the terms of the Waiver and Release apply to the SCFH, SCFH Board Members and Officers, and any other person involved with me on a particular SCFH or Town of Fountain Hills activity or project for which I am volunteering.
