Ideation 2019 Team Application
If you would like to pitch your idea at Ideation 2019, please fill out the following form. Your application will be screened and selected individuals/teams will be notified soon after the deadline. Pitches will be 2 minutes with a maximum of 1 slide. Following team selection, we will follow up with more details on event and pitch logistics.

Please note that we are open to teams at various levels of technology and business plan development. Our goal for this event is to bring our communities together and engage students and researchers from many fields to participate in Ideation and team formation. We will also offer ALL applicant teams, including those that are not selected to pitch, the opportunity to set up a station during the networking hour with which to discuss their idea with attendees.

The general application deadline has passed. Applications from teams associated with our partners will be accepted on a rolling basis ****April 2nd at 11:59pm****. If you are applying after March 22nd, please include a note about the partner through which you heard about the event. Partnering groups include Harvard Undergraduate Biotechnology Association, Sloan Healthcare Club, Martin Trust Center, Harvard iLabs, MIT 100k, and the MIT Engine.
The event will take place April 22nd, 2019 from 6-9pm in the 32-123 (32 Vassar Street, Cambridge MA 02139).

Note about intellectual property: This is a public event. Application reviewers have not signed a confidentiality agreement. If necessary, please speak to your technology transfer office or a patent attorney. Applicants are responsible for ensuring their technology is properly protected.
