OPTION 4:   Portfolio Submission:  The portfolio is not intended to include a list of achievements and/or awards.  Instead, portfolio items should demonstrate and will be evaluated on the following criteria:
-Original work (advanced beyond age or grade level)
-Resourceful and/or creative
-Evidence of high interest and/or passion
-High ability with demonstrated proficiency and in-depth understanding.
-Need for services beyond general guidance/counseling
