Why Volunteer w/ us?
Thanks for your interest in being part of our team! Gothic Hills Cemetery is a free, community home haunt by the non profit charity Gothic Hills Foundation. We benefit the Best Friends Animal Society and a local food bank called Necessities of Life Program. You can find out all about our haunt and foundation by visiting

This year, we are looking for volunteers for many roles, such as crowd control, technical operations, event coordinators, and even helping build & setup. We also need several tour guides to take people through the haunt and act as a museum guide. While we do not have plans for typical scare actors, the tour guides will require some acting and improvisation skills and following a script. Our volunteers are vital to our organization and are highly appreciated. We provide meals, contests for Amazon gift cards, T-shirts and VIP access to the haunt for your friends & family. We understand that volunteering is ...well, voluntary but we do request that our volunteers help out at least 2 nights during our show run.

The dates for this year's show are as follows:
October 25 - 7pm to 10pm
October 26 - 7pm to 10pm
October 27 - 7pm to 10pm
October 30 - 7pm -10pm
October 31 - 6pm to 11pm
November 1 - 6pm - 10pm
November 2 - VIP/Haunter night 6pm - 10pm

Volunteers 17 or under will need a guardian's permission to participate. Volunteers under 14 will need a guardian to be present and volunteer along side them. All volunteers (or their guardian) will need to sign a liability waiver.

When would you like to help? *
Choose all the shifts you want to sign up for. While we cannot promise that you'll be assigned to the role that you choose, we will definitely try our best. The times below differ from our published schedule in expectation of operating hours. (The schedule on our website is the hours our line will be open.)
