The Turner Center for Entrepreneurship assists people who want to own their own businesses through a variety of programs for students and community members. Counseling, technical assistance and educational opportunities are available for anyone interested in startups, as well as owners of established companies looking to expand their business.

Our three centers provide services under the Turner Center umbrella:

The Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) provides business counseling at no cost and low-cost training programs for existing and startup businesses in central Illinois.

The Illinois SBDC International Trade Center (ITC) helps Illinois companies navigate the international marketplace.

The Illinois APEX Accelerator provides government contracting and business certification assistance.

We can provide assistance to individuals, aspiring entrepreneurs, start-ups and any business of any size.
