The class consists of a series of warm-up and stretching sequences based on Integral Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, and meditation principles. It also includes a brief discussion on how the mind and body work together, how the body can help the mind, and positive thinking practice. Mindfulness is incorporated into movements, and it helps practitioners strengthen their day-to-day awareness in a practical way. The class will conclude with a short meditation and relaxation session.
