2026 InterGen, Saturday July 18 & Sunday July 19 Virtual Registration

Near the conclusion of the 2026 Encampment, Meeting the Moment, being held in Thousand Oaks, CA, we offer two opportunities to meet the Encampers virtually and see what they are learning.

Saturday, 10:00 a.m. Pacific/11:00 a.m MT/12:00 p.m. CT/1:00 p.m. ET, you can watch the livestream of the Encampers' Creative Presentations. In this session, a favorite each year, the Encampers present what they have been learning in a creative form. This is a relaxed presentation that the Encampers put together with staff, where you can expect poetry, music, dance, visual art, and more. This year we will also have a Q&A with the Encampers and staff. * We will archive the live presentation so that you can watch later if you are not available at this time.

On Sunday morning, (9:00-10:30 a.m. Pacific) EFC Executive Director Dr. Faith Kares, with EFC alums and Encampers, will facilitate a group activity virtually (Zoom) where we share stories of courage in meeting various moments. Please join us in sharing stories intergenerationally, learn from and build community, and inspire one another.

After you have filled out this form and paid your registration (sliding scale $10-250), depending on what you have registered for, you will receive a link to the live presentation and/or a Zoom link the week of the event. We welcome others from your network but they must register to participate.

Things to remember while participating.
Engage in dialogue, versus talking at, lecturing, or dominating the conversation.
 It’s okay to share your relevant experience at or with the Encampment and how it affected your life and
be mindful of whether sharing personal information is appropriate.
 Encampers will ask you for your contact information if they are interested in networking with you. For
everyone’s protection, please do not ask for their contact information or contact them directly after the
program—the Encampment will help to facilitate intergenerational correspondence.
