Spartan Sword or Axe Request
Note: Currently, Spartan Sword is completely out of funding. Agencies or organizations who wish to request the Spartan Sword or Spartan Axe for an upcoming event are asked to provide a minimum of three weeks notice and to cover the travel, lodging and per diem expenses of the Spartan Sword escort.

Both the Spartan Sword and Spartan Axe were forged by military veteran blacksmiths from steel recovered from the site of the World Trade Center attack on Sept 11, 2001. These items are considered sacred by us at SpartanSword.org and we expect them to be treated as such by all individuals or organizations that request the use of them for their event(s). 

PLEASE TREAT THE SPARTAN SWORD AND THE SPARTAN AXE WITH THE REVERENCE THAT THE MEMORY OF THE 343 FIRE FIGHTERS WHO DIED ON 9/11 DESERVE.
