VSARN School Representative Application
Hello Vermont Students! Are you passionate about racial justice work in schools? Do you believe that students should be in the lead in building anti-racism school systems? Are you already involved or would you like to be involved in actively making change in your school surrounding racism? If so, we'd love to have you be involved in the Vermont Student Anti-Racism Network (VSARN). VSARN is a group of high school students from around the state that is working to promote anti-racism in our schools through various projects. Being part of VSARN would include Zoom meetings and participation in projects regarding anti-racism, such as advocating for curriculum change, participating in dialogues, teaching lessons in elementary school classrooms about racism, and whatever other projects or ideas we envision! Participation in VSARN is an opportunity to make change at the state level and to use your voice as a young person to promote anti-racism in our schools and society. Our group is completely student led and run, and we would love to have your voice and your school represented in our network. Please fill out this form ASAP and we will be in touch with next steps. Thank you!
