Use this form to receive a library card number in which to access online resources. In order to receive a library card number, you must live in the following North Dakota Counties: Ward, McHenry, Renville, Montrail, and McClean. You will be emailed your credentials on the next following business day. Once you are ready to receive a real card, bring your picture identification and proof of address to the library when it opens to receive your library card. Digital Cards are valued for one year and can be renewed up to one time.
