A returns survey must be completed, and the digital inventory list sent from the Returns Team must be updated and printed out before returning any non-consumable items to Heartland Charter School.
If you need to amend a previous entry or check the status of a previous return, please reach out to our Returns Team and refrain from completing duplicate survey entries. Thank you!
