The Winter Festival takes place on:
- Saturday 14th February - arrive between 7.15am and 7.40am until 6pm
- Sunday 15th February - arrive between 7.15am and 7.45am until 6pm

On both days there will be breaks for judges every 90 minutes of between 20 mins and 50 mins break. For Crew, you will be on a rotation which means you will also have breaks throughout the days. There will be parking at the venue for our team.

As mentioned above, if you are coming from London there will be a Turf Team Bus which you can take to and from the venue each day. It will likely leave from a point in Clapham Junction but full details will be confirmed nearer the time.

The difference between judges and crew:

JUDGE - you will be assigned to a workout and will be responsible for scoring that workout throughout the day. We will provide an online briefing prior to the weekend so you arrive at the venue ready to go. Don't worry if you haven't judged before, you will be fully briefed beforehand and have a Master Judge and Head Judge to guide you and support you throughout the event.

CREW - you will be assigned a role on one of the following areas - Registration, Crew Room, TG Shop, Warm Up Area and will be part of a team that rotates through these areas throughout the day.
