Club Activation & Renewal Form
Use this form to request club activation or renewal from the Associated Student Government (ASG) of Coastline College. Clubs must have a minimum of 3 currently enrolled Coastline student members to request activation (2.0 GPA and 5 units). Upon activation, each club will receive a one-time (per academic year) award of $250 from ASG.

Document processing may take up to two business weeks. Kasie will grant temporary approval before ASG provides official approval and disbursement of funds.

Required documents to request activation:
1. Completed Club Activation & Renewal Form.
2. Copy of club constitution.
