Welcome to the Beth-El Religious School Madrichim Team! Our Madrichim are Dugmaot (role models) who are dedicated to assisting our teachers and students each Sunday morning. Our Madrichim work closely with our amazing faculty and students in a variety of ways. We see this as a beautiful partnership that helps everyone involved. Not only do our Madrichim help support our Religious School, we also offer our Madrichim the special opportunity to further develop their leadership, organizational, teaching and communication skills. Our Madrichim gain a great deal of positive work experience in a special place we all consider to be a second home. It is our hope that our Madrichim will take the professional skills they have developed at Beth-El with them as they embark on the next chapter of their lives. We can’t wait to welcome you to our Madrichim Team!
