We are once again planning Wyomissing Area High School's Career Day 2025. The date is THURSDAY, November 6th. Please do us the favor of filling out this survey if you are able and interested in joining us this year, and we will be back in touch soon.  Many thanks from the Career Day Committee!

Are you interested in being an Individual Guest Speaker for Career Day?   Individual Speakers present for about 35 minutes to a single classroom of 5-20 10th graders who choose to be in that classroom. We ask speakers to also bring examples/visuals/props of what they do.
Are you interested in being a Panel Speaker?  The group is made up of 2-3 speakers, offering an overview of your profession for 8th and 9th graders. Each speaker talks for 8 - 10 minutes during a 40 minute period and the session is repeated 2 - 3 times based on class interest.
(i.e. The "Hospitality Panel" might be made up of a chef, an event planner and a hotel manager.)
Are you interested in being a Round Table Speaker?  College professors share the educational requirements in their field of study (ex. pre-med, law, communications, science, math, law enforcement, psychology, arts, business, health sciences, political science, etc.). Each speaker facilitates discussion for 12-minute rotations with 5-15 11th grade students each rotation. 

(Missy Nye is the contact person for these sessions. The timeframe for Round Table sessions is between 8:00 am and 9:45 am.)
Would you be interested in participating in our Career Fair?  Career Fair runs from 12:00 - 2:15 in our gym and you are provided a six-foot table. Students can come up to your table and ask questions.
